Q. Are the products hard copy or PDF? 
A. As of the moment, all our products are only available as printable PDFs, which you can print wherever you are! This is also so we can offer them at a more reasonable price for you 🙂 

Q. Is there a way to see what’s inside each product? 
A. Yes! We have added FREE 1-week samples of all our curriculum products. That way, you can take your time to see what’s inside before you make your decision.

You can find the FREE 1-week samples by heading over to our Shop page, clicking on the item, and scrolling down to the Description. The free download link is down there in the Description. 🙂 

Q. What are your mode of payments? 
A. Our website accepts Paypal, with debit card and credit card options. Alternatively, you may pay via Gcash or BPI bank transfer, as described below. 

Q. Can I pay via Gcash or bank transfer?
A. Yes, you may also pay via Gcash or BPI bank transfer, only if you don’t have Paypal. 🙂 Paypal is easiest because it will automatically send you the files you order. If you don’t have Paypal, here are your options: 

Gcash: 0967-229-0343, registered name Reinalyn Cabag. (Please note that if you had previously paid via Gcash, it may have been our old number. Please ensure that you use the new number indicated above.) 
BPI: You may use the attached QR code. 

 

 

Important instructions for paying via GCash or BPI:

After payment, please email us your proof of purchase plus what items you are ordering at [email protected], or send us a private message at our Facebook page. (Please don’t include the free downloads; for those, you may proceed with your online order so they will be emailed automatically to you.) 

If sending to our FB page, please send your proof of payment, e-mail address, and order. (Please don’t include the free downloads; for those, you may proceed with your online order so they will be emailed automatically to you.) 

Note: Please don’t send your proof of payment to my personal Facebook profile as it’s a shared account and your message may get easily overlooked. We don’t want to miss your order! 🙂 

Q. When will I receive my order? 
A. If you order by Paypal, as soon as your order is completed, you will receive an e-mail with the files/download link. Sweet, right? 😀 

If you pay via Gcash or BPI, please give some time after you send your proof of payment. We are usually in a weak internet area from Mondays to Thursdays. Since we will be emailing the files manually, we schedule every Friday afternoon as the ideal times when we go through our orders and send out the files. Sometimes we may be able to send them earlier or later than scheduled, but this should be a good estimate. 🙂 

Q. Where can I get a hard copy of your products? 
A. We are still working out quality control for possibly offering hard copy items in the future. In the meantime, we have found printers on Facebook whose quality looks good. Feel free to get your PDF files printed with them. They normally will just require you to show proof of purchase of the PDF, as a commitment to integrity and honesty. 

Q. What are the copyright rules for each PDF purchase? Can we share it with our homeschool group or school? 

A. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be informed that our copyright for each PDF purchase is for one family’s use only, and may not be used for groups, schools, or more than one family. If you are intending to use it for a school or a homeschool group, we can come into an agreement as we offer a discounted rate for each PDF per student. 🙂 Unauthorized distribution of our PDFs can be subject to legal action. 

Q. What’s the difference between the Forms and Sets? 

A. We designed Set A as the recommended beginning point for anyone just starting with the CM method, or just starting on a given Form. We divide the forms as follows, roughly taken from Miss Mason’s own way of dividing forms: 

Form 1: Grades 1 to 3
Form 2: Grades 4 to 6
Form 3: Grades 7 to 10 (Technically, these years are Form 3 and Form 4. At the moment, our Form 3 guide may be used for all four years, with optional add-ons for Grades 9 and 10). 

So our recommendations for the Forms and Sets are as follows: 

Grade 1: Form 1 Set A
Grade 2: Form 1 Set B
Grade 3: Form 1 Set C (to be released next year) 

Grade 4: Form 2 Set A
Grade 5: Form 2 Set B
Grade 6: Form 2 Set C (to be released next year) 

Grade 7: Form 3 Set A
Grade 8: Form 3 Set B
Grade 9: Form 3 Set C (to be released next year)
Grade 10: Form 3 Set C (to be released the following year) 

But, if you begin using Talino at Grade 2, you may start with Form 1 Set A, then proceed to Set B for Grade 3. By Grade 4, you move up to Form 2 Set A, and so on. 🙂 The same applies if you start at Grade 5 using Form 2 Set A. The following year, you can move to Form 2 Set B for Grade 6, and so on. Hope that makes sense! 

Q. I can’t remember my password. What do I do? 
A. You can click on the “Forgot Password” option. If that doesn’t work, email us at [email protected] and we can send you a “Reset Password” link.

Q. I purchased something from your website and now I can’t access the file on the website. What do I do? 
A. We apologize for the inconvenience! Sometimes this happens when we update the file. If this should happen to you, go ahead and shoot us an e-mail or message through our Contact Form so we can check and make sure your account has updated access to the files you’ve purchased.
